OA 2007 QB Import

[TitansNFL]

Installed the Office Accounting 2007 Pro. The DB is on our SQL server.
Installed OA 2007 on my workstation w/o db. In SQL Server Configuration
Manager/Protocols for MSSMLBIZ/TCP/IP enabled this and Pipes. Also continued
into IP Address/IP1/TCP Port and added 5356.

From my workstation load OA and select the QuickBooks import All Data. Get
an error message Active X component can't create object - OK is the only
option. Event Viewer has the following message "Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MsiInstaller
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1004
Description:
Detection of product '{B0717D5A-1976-482B-9ADF-F19631A541A4}', feature
'Main', component '{4784B5A0-EDBF-4027-8CBC-776F0866DBBF}' failed. The
resource 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Small Business
Accounting\2.0\' does not exist."

In OA a user has not been created. The first screen that comes up is the
Create Company screen with the QB import option.

Anyone know what is causing he problem here?
