OAB FILES FOR OL2002

Is there a registry setting to tell an Exchange server to
do a download of an OAB without the .tm_?
We are having an issue with some dial-up to our exchange
servers taking forever to download the Offline Address
Book even after we have copied an updated .OAB file to
their folder.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
