Hi,

Backend - Exchange 2007
Client - Outlook 2007

Backend OAB update everyday. But on client site the OAB doesn't seem to get
updated. Did download manually also not up to date. Anyone encounter this
before?

Thanks.

When you delete the oab-files for the mail profile do you get the latest OAB
then? If not your Exchange server isn't publishing it correctly.

How can i verify whether Exchange Server is publishing it correctly?

In other words; even after deleting the oab-files you don't receive an
update so the issue is with Exchange and not Outlook?

Continue in an Exchange newsgroup for support on OAB publishing issues.

Hi,

Checked on server side and no problem on server.

If i delete the existing oab files then let Outlook create new one then yes,
it's updated but this happen to many users. Do i have to do the same? Does it
mean that users have to delete the oab files in order to get the latest
address book?

If you have deleted them once do they update correctly the next time a new
OAB gets published?
Note that an automatic update of the OAB could take up to 24 hours to occur
on a client.
