I hope someone can help. Here are the symptoms:
Symptom #1:
An email link on a webpage doesn't work. For example,
the normal behavior is that the user clicks on the link
and it opens an Outlook 2002 email form with the TO:
field filled in. On the PCs that are not working, the
user gets an Outlook error message that "object cannot be
found".
Symptom #2:
In the Outlook 2002 INBOX, the user normally can right-
click any email message and a menu will pop-up. On the
PCs that don't work, no menu pops up when the user right
clicks a message. There is also no error message.
Symptom #3:
If someone inserts a forwarded email inside an email, the
person who receives the email in Outlook 2002 is not able
to open it. They receive an "object cannot be found"
error message.
All these symptoms appear on the PCs that don't work.
All these PCs have Outlook 2002 and Windows XP SP1.
