Hi folks,

I have a user who gets the above message when she clicks on the PWA tasks
tab on her PC. She can access the PWA tasks tab on my machine. What is the
problem and how do I fix it?

I've never experienced this issue but I would check to see if it works for
you on her machine. Do you get the same error? If so, my guess is that
there's something wrong with the ActiveX control on her machine.

Yes, She could access PWA without error on my machine. I asked that she
delete Pjllenuc class and PjAdoInfo 3 Class and try again. Don't have the
results quite yet.

I would look at upgrading MDAC on this workstation if the active X refresh
doesn't help.

I will remember to check the MDAC. She deleted the downloaded plugins and
reaccessed them. It worked.

We deleted the ActiveX controls and readded them. It worked.
