Object hierarchy simlitar to the .NET Library poster

How do I make an object hierarchy document, with Visio, using an design
similar to the .NET library hierarchy poster?

Something like this:

I know i could built something similar with Blocks Stencil, but there is any
Stencil that bring the pictures for respective classes, methods and
properties?

They created this poster using GIMP on a Linux station.

Try Photoshop or Painter, dont waste your time drawing it on Visio...
