Object is closed or doesn't exist

I import an Excel table into Access every morning. For
some reason, about two days ago when I tried it the Import
Spreadsheet Wizard gave me an error that says "The
expression you entered refers to an object that is closed
or doesn't exist" and it won't let me import the table.
