Object is not connected to server.

I'm using Office XP. I have Word setup as my email
editor. When I am drafting an email and leave it for a
couple of minutes and then come back to it it get this
error: Object is not connected to server. The header on
the windows shows that it is a MS Word error not Outlook.

Help!!

That's one of the many bug using Word as the Email editor in XP. I recommend
not using Word Mail until you get to Office 2003 where the bugs seem to be
mostly resolved.
