"Object missing" error when trying to open or forward a vCard

I have 2 users that receiv an "object missing" error when trying to forward
or open a vCard that was sent to them. Forward a contact works, but when
performing "Forward as a vCard" they get the error. In both cases, the users
recently received new PCs and their Exchange profiles were set up on them.
This is when it seemed to stop working. Setting up a new profile on the local
machine seems to work, but their Exchange profiles don't. HELP!!!
