Object Missing from Ribbon

Appreciate help on the above.

I have a pivot chart when opened as accdb and the object group (Show/Hide)
is visible (Using custom ribbon with XML).

The problem is when the file is run as a runtime (accdr). The object is not
there.

Is there a way to make it visible. Alternatively is there a way using code
to call it especially needed is the Chart Field List.
