The new interface looks very object-oriented, a good tip is that, though the
OOP may be a good programming practice (????), the users will not often find
that this interface is natural to follow.
Personally I follow a "workflow process" and thus I need to locate the
functions i need in a clumsy way.
Say a natural workflow would be:
1. Recive a mail / categorize the mail / put mail in folder
2. Add the sender to BCM persons
3. Categorize the new entry
3. Add the sender to a distribution list
When I do this now I find it very difficult as the key component "contact"
does not interact naturaly with BCM/Distributionlists.
Can you please describe how such a workflow should work - that would be a
great help for me and pay back the investment in Office2007+BCM.
