object read-only transferspreadsheet export

I keep getting this error when I try to use the
TransferSpreadSheet method to export a query or table to
Excel. I checked Microsoft Knowledge base and it just says
there are quotes or CR-LF in my filename. I do not see
them. Has anybody come across this issue? product:MS-
Access 97
