Hi

I wonder if someone can help.

I have a document which has a number of imbedded objects (exce
spreadsheets).

all the spread sheets do not fit in portrait. Rather than change th
page to landscape can you rotate the object? so that the spreadsheet i
vertical rather than horizontal.

I have tried right click/format object/ size/ but the rotate field i
grayed out?

Any help appreciated

Hi Iaing,

No, you cannot rotate objects. You only chance would be to have these as
pictures, and rotate the pictures (possibly in a graphics program).

Hi iaing

Yes, you can do this, but only if you *don't* want to link the
spreadsheet info in the Word document.

To do this, in Excel copy the area you want in the Word document. In
Word, Edit > Paste Special. Choose Picture. You now have a picture of
the Excel range in your document. Click the picture. Format > Picture.
On the Layout tab, choose anything except In Line with Text. Back in the
Word document, click the picture, grab the green handle and drag to
rotate the picture.

Hope this helps.
