"Object Variable or With block variable not set"

Hello All,

I've run into trouble, yet again.

We currently have a macro that pulls information from the
database and formats and exports it into Excel. It works
great, we even set up a simple pick and choose what you
want to see switchboard. You run it once and the report
comes up in excel. When you try to run the
function/report again, this error message comes up "Object
Variable or With block variable no set."

The only way for me to get the report to work, is by
completely exiting Access, reopening the database and then
running the report again.

Is there a way in which to resolve this error?

Any help or feedback would be appreciated.
