Object Variable or With variable error on ADP subform

Using Access2000 in an ADP project, I have a form and a linked
Master/Child subform using the UniqueID of the parent as the link
field.
Whenever I enter data on the subform, then click to the parent form, I
get the "Object Variable or With variable not set..." error, even
though the data in the subform does update.
Any help is appreciated.
