Object Variable to Control Excel Macro

Good day,

I did this in the past, but has been a while and don't quite remember the
steps.

I need to know the VBA code to use an Object variable in access that will
control Excel. I want to use the macro or module in Access to open an Excel
file and run an Excel macro stored in that specific workbook.

The Excel filename is "Applicable_To_Dyess.xls"
Access Macro or Module name is "ExportExcel"
Excel Macro is "Dyess"
