Objects fall to the bottom of the page

I have created several process flows using the Cross-
Functional Flowchart Shape and Basic Flowchart Shapes
stencils. After saving as a workspace with the stencils
open (because someone suggested this may have been the
problem) when I reopen the file all of the process boxes,
text, and connectors have fallen to the bottom of the
page, the Functional Bands remain intact however. Any
suggestions on how to prevent/fix this?

You'll need to call Microsoft to obtain the fix mentioned in the article.

I wonder if my problem is similar. On my large 32x44
cross-funtional chart the upper third is corrupted. When
I try to change a boxes Y-position, it jumps up and off
the page. I have tried typing a new Y-position and drag
and dropping. Why would it do such a thing?
