I have a user in our San Francisco office that is using Office 2003 on
a new machine running Windows XP SP2. When she creates Powerpoint
presentations, sometimes the pictures are inverted or flipped upside
down when sending the file to another user in our Boston office. This
happens intermittently. The problem is, the pictures look fine on her
system but when the user in the Boston office opens the file, he
notices that occasionally, the pictures will be inverted or flipped.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens? This is tough to
troubleshoot because it is intermittent.
Does it have something to do with Office updates or printer drivers?
