OBSESSED with Outlook 2000!!!

[Hooliganz]

I'm running XP Pro on a Dell D600.

I recently installed MS Office 2000 and Outlook worked fine for a time.

Then "The required file OUTLRPC.dll cannot be found in your path.
Please reinstall Outlook."

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

I've installed MS Office Service Packs 1-3, Outlook Update Dec 18 2002,
Outlook Security Update, and two data updates as directed from log
file.

I've copied OLEAUT32.dll from the original disk and pasted as directed
here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=217440

I STILL GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE.

PLEASE HELP!!!
