obtaining graphics/pictures from Word "Task Manager"

Why does the prompt "graphic has been deleted" appear
every time I choose a graphic/picture, while using the
"Greeting card" selection of Word Perfect's "Task
Manager?" Microsoft Works/Word & Office 2000 is one of
the pre-installed programs of my new laptop PC, of
Hewlett-Packard's Notebook PC Pavilion ze4300. My
notebook/laptop is only a month old. Anyone having the
same problems? Please advise. Will appreciate it.
