Hi,

one of my users is randomly getting blank Groove screens (Groove 2007,
Vista). There doesn't seem to be a pattern, it just seems that sometimes
it's there and sometimes it isn't. when it's not there, we can't do anything
to get it back (tried closing, reopening Groove, tried rebooting PC) - it
will just appear again at a later date or time (after being closed for a
while)

Hi Jennifer -

I've not seen this kind of thing very frequently. It may be the case that if
your colleague is using Groove infrequently, the application is being left
with lots of processing work to do.

Try shutting Groove down and running Grooveclean.exe with no additional
parameters. This flushes the in and out baskets. Then leave groove running
for a while without opening any spaces to let things synchronize.

Hi Mark

I'm getting Blue Screens of death a little after starting Groove 2007 on my
freshly installed Vista. I think I may need to run this GrooveClean program
but I can't find it. I've gone to the help pages here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907854
and typed:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\GrooveClean
at the C: prompt, but it can't find it.

Where is Groove Clean?

Mike
