Occasional POP3 email message with 1899 RECEIVED date ???

Using Outlook 2003 with all current patches, I'll occasionaly receive an email with an 1899 RECEIVED
date. There is absolutely nothing in the internet header that corresponds to the 1899 RECEIVED
date. Doesn't happen often -- maybe once in 1000 emails, so not a big problem, just puzzling. The
SENT date corresponds to what's in the internet header.

The 1899 date will also be visible under File>Properties.

Love to hear from anybody who understands what might be going on here.

Thanks!

Frank
