Hello,
I'm unable to find when i all started, but I have regular occasionnal
Outlook 2007 crashes. (I'm using an over OTlk tool called NEO Pro). Here's
the problem

exception Information
code: Oxc000000S f1ag3: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 kddrei.: 0x000000003096ca2d

Can you help me find what's going on (any ways to take dumps, etc...) ?
Thanks

The first thing to verify is that this tool you're using is fully compatible
with Outlook 2007. Also see if the problem occurs when using Outlook in safe
mode. I doubt that the value "Oxc000000S" was in that error, since "S" is not
a valid hexadecimal digit. perhaps it was a "5" (five). Where, by the way,
did you see the error you posted? When did it happen? What were you
doing/clicking? What version of Windows?
