OCR in Office Document Scanning

I am using Office 2003 with Multilanguage Pack installed and have set
Chinese as default language. When I scan a Chinese document in Office
Document Scanning. The software displays a message telling me that I should
install Chinese language. I open Preset Options | Processing and try to
select Chinese. However, only English, French, and Spanish are available.
How can I install Chinese OCR language?
