OCR no longer works in MS Tools - Office 2003 Pro

Hi,

I’m no longer able to OCR with MS Tools for some reason.

I scan a document with MS Tools Document Scanning and it scans fine and
saves as a TIFF file.

I used to then open MS Tools Document Imaging, open the saved TIFF file and
choose Page > All Pages then Tools > Send to Word and it would convert the
TIFF image to plain text and open Word to that converted plain text.

For some reason, it won’t do that anymore. I just get an error about how MS
Tools may not be properly installed after many months of using it and
OCR’ing.

Can someone please help?

I chatted with Tech Supp at Microsoft but they couldn't help.
