OCR Scanning

Each time I attempt to use OCR it attempts to install. I do not have the disks as it was pre installed by the manufacturer. Any ideas?

Software, without the disks, is an accident waiting to happen.
Call manu for supply of disks, though it is possible they may have a hidden
recovery partition on yr hd, with all that is req. to put your pc back to
its origonal state. Using this option *may* format the rest of the disk,
thereby wiping everything! including any saved data.

Thanks, I have attemtpted to obtain a copy, but they are not available. The hidden partition is on my hard drive and have created recovery disks, but as you noted, that will require a complete re-write of hard drive. Other ideas?
