OCRDCOM failure in MS Document Scanning

I am using MS Document Scanning with HP Photosmart C6150 (MS Office 200
on Windows XP). I often got the error message "Microsoft Documen
Scanning has encountered a problem and needs to close..." The erro
details show that this is a "OCRDCOM failure" (attached) but I have no
found any report of this type of problem or a fix anywhere. This erro
occurred during the OCR phase, the last phase before sending the TI
file to MS Document Imaging.

Has anyone seen similar problem, and could you help with a solution?
