OCRDCOM Failure in MS Documnet Scanning

Hello all,

I am using MS Document Scanning with HP Photosmart C6150. I often
encountered the error message "Microsoft Document Scanning has encountered a
problem and needs to close..." The error details show that this is a
"OCRDCOM failure" but I have not found any report of this type of problem or
fix anywhere. This error occurred during the OCR phase, the last phase
before sending the TIF file to MS Document Imaging.

Could someone help me how to resolve this? Thank you very much.
