OCS R2 - Live meeting Plug-in for Outlook 2003?

We are using Outlook 2003 Clients. We are planning to migrate from OCS Server
2007 R1 to R2. I would like to know the following from Outlook 2003 point of
view:

Do I need to install new Live meeting Plug-in for Outlook 2003?
What additional function will I get with new plug-in in Outlook 2003?
