OCT

how in the world do you tell if you have the version 2 of oct. i downloaded
it with the new adm files for XP and 2007 Enterprise, copied the entire admin
folder over to the share and run the oct. no visual indication of a new
version... and dont see anything different while running the oCT.

Any insight here?

There isn't a User interface check, but you can right click on the two 2007 Office Customization Tool (OCT) DLL files and see if the
properties reflect the updated version included with the ADM/ADMx files.

The updated OCT.DLL file is 12.0.6025.5000.
The updated OCTRES.DLL. is 12.0.4518.1064.

The original versions of these are 12.0.4518.1014.

The fixes to the OCT dll files hold minor fixes, not a change to the User Interface of the OCT.
