ocx problem

hello sir,
i my form, i used a 3rd pary date picker control and i published the form
in the organization library also.when i open the form in other machine it is
showing the message like "could not load the object because the object is
not present in the machine"

what shall i do? the one thing is register the .ocx file in all the
system.but it is not the cute idea.
what is the proper solution for this problem?

The message says it all: The control is not present on the system. You must
provide a setup program to install it.
