Whenever I try to add, remove or configure an Microsoft
Access DSN , i get an error saying " The setup routines
for the microsoft Access driver(*.mdb) ODBC Driver could
not be loaded due to system error code 31" and when i
click on OK Button i get an error saying "Could not load
the setup or translator library"

Can anyone fix this. I would be really grateful.
