Accesing with pc upgraded to Access 2003 (Office 2003)

Data was created in Acces 2000.

ODBC--call failed. [ProvideX][ODBC Driver][FILEIO]Table is not accesible
(#12)

Can't find this error on the KB yet and am still looking.
