Greetings,
We just converted to Office 2007 and our access database is linked to SQL
2000 tables. The ODBC link worked fine when we were on Office 2000 and Office
2003. Now when I try to run the linked table manager and update the tables I
get ODBC-Call Failed and the update does not work. My update queries fail
also. If I right-click on a table, select Export/ODBC Database, the export
works and then I can run the linked table manager and the queries work.
However this is a temporary fix. As soon as I close the database and open it
again I have the original problem.
We've used this database for several years without problems and nothing has
changed in SQL.
Any ideas?
