ODBC call fails after working time after time.

It seems my connection to a UDB database fails when it is overloaded or times
out but I can tell if there is an Access setting saying don't try after so
long or the db is saying forget about it.

Message says ODBC -- call failed

[IBM] [CLI Driver] [DB2/6000] SQL 0952N Processing was cancelled due to
interupt. SQLState 57014 (#-952)
