ODBC - connection to "DataSourceName' failed

We are upgrading to Access 2000 and are having problems
each time we open a database that is linked to Oracle
tables. The error is fixed for the tables if they are
relinked BUT the error reoccures again after closing the
database and reopening it. I have looked at artical
325835 and am looking for an easy fix that I can roll out
to my users
