ODBC Connectivity and Access

Does anyone know if this scenario is possible.

I have an Access frontend to a Postgresql DB using ODBC with the drivers
installed on the server machine.

Is there any way to set up the connectivity so that clients only need access
to use the DB, ie: no additional drivers neccesary on client machines
