ODBC Driver Error -1605

Hi, I'm developing an application that will update an mdb
file and every once in a while I get this error.

[Error -1605] [Error Level 300] [Microsoft][ODBC
Microsoft Access Driver] The changes you requested to the
table we] [SqlStatus]23000

I can't find any info about this, anyone know what it
means?
