[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed

I get the above error when I try to connect to an access database from a
server. It worked fine with Windows 2000 but we recently upgraded to windows
2003. I'm thinking the drivers may not be compatible, but I really don't
know. It looks like we were using ODBC version 4.00.6200.00 with windows
2000, but now we have version 4.00.6205.00. Any thoughts would Really be
appreciated. I don't know where to turn next.

Are you getting this error when trying to create a new DSN for this Access
database? Or when you try to open a previously created link from one Access
database to another Access database?

If it's the former, are you trying to connect across different domains?
This could be the result of a networking setting that you need to adjust so
that both domains are "connected."

If it's the latter, then are you trying to connect to "replacement" domains
that don't exactly match the ones from the earlier version of the server?
Try recreating the DSN using the ODBC Data Source Administrator to see
whether that fixes it.

It may also be a problem with the DSN that was created on an earlier version
of the operating system. When you upgrade an operating system, Windows
Registry settings can be overwritten. Again, try recreating the DSN using
the ODBC Data Source Administrator to see whether that fixes it.

The server should have the latest versions of MDAC and Jet service packs
installed, but occasionally, upgrading an MDAC version can "break" what used
to work.

The problem actually happens when I try to connect to the Access DB thru an
application. If I move the database to the c drive of the machine, it works
fine. If the DB is on the LAN, the connection fails, even though I can
navigate directly to the DB with the same username and open it. Thank you for
your help.
