Odbc Failure over network

I have an access database linked to an advantage database
through the odbc driver on my server.

It works fine when working directly on the the server or
through terminal service.

If I am on a local workstation, I get the following error
message Connection failed.

I cannot establish a link with the table manager as it is
looking on the local machine for the data.

How can I link to the data on my server from a local
workstation?
