ODBC Linked Table Security

I created a report based from a query from an ODBC linked
table to an AS/400 through client access. Users cannot
not run the report and get a statement that the ODBC
connection failed. If I try to refresh the link, I get a
message that they do not have the appropriate
permissions. Anyone know what permissions need changes?
The users have the rights to the folder and rights to
AS/400.
