ODBC problem

I try to create an ODBC User DSN and I select a database
located in another PC and I click on OK and it listed an
error message that I haven't a permission.
But before it was working fine, I don't know what's
happened.
All disks are in FAT32 and the database is located in
shared folder.
Can you help me please?
