Access2000, Informix ODBC client, linked tables
I receive an error when creating queries based on the linked tables of
"operation has been cancelled by user" if I don't change default ODBC
timeout value from 60 to something higher or 0. I now have several views
that I have created to replace queries in Access, but when I link them, they
appear in the tables tab and don't have an ODBC timeout value to
view/set/change. When I base a report directly on the view, I get the
error. How do I set the ODBC timeout for tables/views? Can I set it
globally for all my linked tables/queries?
TIA,
Randy K.
