I've a client with Outlook 2000 under Windows XP SP1 attaching to an Exchange
5.5 server.
The problem lies when this user replies to another email. Outlook is
configured to use Word as it's editing application so when she replies it
changes the text color to be different then the recieved text. This is as
normal for most users; the problem arises when the email replies become a
chain. Each suceeding reply from her in the same email chain changes colors
by one box on the font color chart. So it quickly advances from a dark blue,
to green, yellows, pinks and purples.
This is the only client doing this and I'm unable to find a reason why.
Any help would be appreciated.
