Odd Error in PWA

Was working on a clients PWA site [trying] and when I went to open it I got
this error: Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))

From what I read online is that the SQL Log files need to be cleared out.

Has anyone else come across this error?
