Odd MS Project 2002 Problem

Hi,

Has anyone ever encountered the following error message
while opening Project 2002 on XP?

"The command is attempting to use a Web page from the site
gbui://blank.htm/. You have not identified this site as a
trusted site in Internet Explorer."

You can fiddle with IE and add the sites as trusted or
just ignore the error message and click okay but the
instance of Project just crashes or continue getting
infinite error messages.

I'm hoping someone has seen this. Thanks.

The problem is a missing registry entry. The following
entry will fix the problem. For some reason Microsoft
had this published for 2002, then removed it for 2003
(which can have the same issue).
Just change the 11 to a 10 for 2002 - 11 is for 2003.
