Odd Outlook rule behavior

Hi,

I have a very strange issue. I have a user that can set
Organization rules to flag a specific email red, blue, etc. and it works
great on the 172.16.0.x/24 subnet. If I then move him back to his office,
separate subnet 172.16.1.x/24, boot the laptop, open Outlook, the
Organization rule no longer works...

Environment:
- Exch 2k3 Enterprise sp2, OS Win 2k3 Ent
- client XP -sp2, Outlook 2k3 (office updates)
- two subnets....172.16.1.0/24, 172.16.0.0/24

Any ideas...cause I'm stumped!?
