I'm running Word XP/Office XP Profession with FrontPage SP 3.
When I open a single document containing embedded screen captures, the
document begins to repaginate at furious pace. It does so as long as I have
the file open. I can view some of the file, but only about 6 pages or so.
I've asked the author to save the file as RTF, but the same problem
occurred. It only went away when the author saved a copy and removed the
screen captures.
I thought perhaps I was missing a graphics filter, so I installed all of the
filters that didn't make it on the first installation. No luck. The file
still repaginates into oblivion.
Others who open the file in various version (XP, 2003) do not have the same
problem.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
