I have an employee here at work who has a signature in her email which works
properly. However, when she receives an email (from anyone) and then
replies, the format (font) of the signature seems to change. It isn't even
consistant, some lines in the signature change to times new roman, some lines
change to courier etc. I have looked at her signature options and she is
selecting the same signature for new email as well as replies, I have also
checked the option "always use my fonts" and it hasn't seemed to change
anything.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can look or what I might change to make
her signature the same all the time?
