OE 6.0 can't send

I have OE 6.0. Can receive emails but can't send any. Have contacted my ISP
and they see no problem on their end. Please help!!

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.peoplepc.com', Server: 'smtpauth.peoplepc.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"
